Mole crickets

These cricket crickets are a wild species originally. Known gardeners cricket crickets dig tunnels and attack vegetables with roots they love

We succeeded in their domestication which was imperative for us in order to preserve the resource and avoid the looting of the ecosystem. They are fed exclusively on natural foods, receive no medication or growth accelerators. These crickets are succulent on toast of honey or dipped in lemon juice or mayonnaise. You can also eat them as is or in a salad with a drizzle of olive oil.


Tip:

These crickets are as fleshy as it can be an insect, so we recommend the parsley to enjoy and treat your guests.

Making a persillade is very simple:

ingredients

    
Garlic cloves: 10
    
Parsley (flat or curly): 1 bunch
    
Olive oil: About 20 cl

Instructions

    
Peel the cloves of garlic. Put them in a mixer robot.
    
Wash and squeeze the parsley. Cut the stems to keep only the leaves you also put in the mixer.
    
Mix! Not too much ... do not mash anyway!
    
Pour this persillade into a glass jar and pour olive oil until it is covered. Close the jar and store it in the refrigerator.
