Buffalo worms

These delicious little worms are absolutely delicious, their small taste will not fail to delight you, at first you will be grabbed by their crunchy and their soft mouth.

These small worms are a success of the breeding of edible insects in Europe, relatively little known entomophages we have chosen to be one of the first shop to make them taste.


For this little-known insect we suggest a recipe

blue cheese tortillas and worms

For 12 pieces


1 large tortillas

25g of worms

75g of blue cheese

10 g of nuts

10 g thick cream

Chives, parsley and pepper

Lemon juice a few drops will suffice

Place the worms in a bowl and pour in the lemon juice, mix and let stand for 7 to 10 minutes    Crush the blue with nuts and cream    Add the parsley pepper and chives    Roll out the tortillas and spread the cheese mixture over the tortillas    Spread the worms (which have been previously drained) on the tortillas in a homogeneous way    Roll the tortillas tightly (you can leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours)    Serve hot by heating the tortillas in the pan a few minutes in this case add a little honey or serve cold and in this case out of the refrigerator and cut the tortillas into 12 pieces
